The freight costs include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your order. As soon as you add a product in your cart, the expenses of sending are automatically reckoned. We advise you to group together your purchases in a unique order.

We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products.

Our Parcel are oversized and protected, and all our expeditions benefit from an inclusive insurance.

With Colissimo, your order is delivered to you from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 am, in your mailbox or in person and against signature. In case of absence or of impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guard, no access to your mailbox,...), your factor puts down a calling card mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can remove your parcel on production of an ID card.

With Mondial Relay, your order will be delivered to you in a Point Relay near you, which you will have previously chosen at the time of your order. The guarantee of being able to withdraw your parcel when you want.

At any time, thanks to the number of parcel which is communicated for you by e-mail, you can follow your parcel by connecting you to the website La Poste (www.laposte.fr) or to the Mondial Relay website (www.mondialrelay.fr) to know where it is.
