We propose you 3 conditions of Secure Payment:

1 – Credit Card Payment:

Dekkade chose the solution of secure payment of the Banque Populaire "Systempay" which uses the protocol SSL, recognized all over the world for the protection of data passed on the Internet.

This solution you guaranteed a transaction secured thanks to the protocol SSL 128 BIT. During the payment, you will be redirected towards a secure server of the bank Banque Populaire, guaranteeing the encoding of your data during the transaction. Its functioning is extremely simple and requires no additional software on your microcomputer other one than your Internet browser.

After having filled your cart, and after having chosen the method of payment by credit card, you are automatically redirected towards a secure page on the site "Systempay" of the Banque Populaire, which is going to assure the transaction safely and in any discretion on the site of the merchant.

You fill a form with your credit card number, its expiry date and the visual Cryptogram (the last 3 figures of the number appearing in the back of your card), then you validate the transaction. The information which you have seized is coded by means of SSL protocol before being sent on the server.

The electronic payment server activates a request of authorization to verify the validity of the credit card. And if the authorization is delivered, the transaction is realized.

After having filled your cart, and after having chosen the method of payment by credit card, you are automatically redirected towards a secure page on the site "Systempay" of the Banque Populaire, which is going to assure the transaction safely and in any discretion on the site of the merchant.

You will be immediately cashed or at the end of the month according to the type of credit card whom you use. In the case of a reject-payment by your bank, Dekkade has no access to the confidential reason of non-payment.

The exchanges between you and the server "Systempay" of the Banque Populaire are coded and Dekkade has no access to your banking data.

As customer, you do not have to seize the personal code number of your bank card that is never asked and which must never be transmitted by internet.

2 - Payment by Wire Bank Transfer:

If you do not wish to use the Paypal system, or the secure payment of the Crédit Agricole "E-transactions", you can pay your orders by bank transfer. Choose then this method of payment at the time of the validation of the order and of the payment.

When you select a payment by bank transfer, you will find all the necessary information for the bank transfer having validated your order or your cart.

The transaction is made from bank to bank, without needing an internet connection for the payment. This method of payment is doubtless the safest means to make remote payments, but offer a longer deadline of transaction (on average 3 or 4 days before confirmation of your payment on our bank account). 

3 - Banking Payment by check:

If you do not wish to use the secure payment of the Crédit Agricole E-transactions, or the payment by bank transfer, you can paid your orders by bank cheque. Choose then this method of payment at the time of the validation of the order. 

After validation of your order, and after having chosen this method of payment, you will have to post your cheque of payment at the following address: DEKKADE – M. DECAMBRON - 6, Rue des Chézeaux – 21560 Arc sur Tille.

The cheque must be denominated at the order of: DEKKADE.

To validate your payment, we ask you to notify on the back of your cheque the number of your order, and join with it, a copy of your ID card of current validity.

Any order settled by bank cheque will be treated only upon receipt of the cheque by Dekkade. The backorders with payment by cheque will be preserved during 7 days. Spent this deadline, the order will be cancelled.

The orders of more than 150 euro will be treated only after check and validation of your bank cheque in our bank. The data registered by the computer system of Dekkade establish the proof of all the transactions spent between Dekkade and his customers.
